My friend Mark Duffy who I used to busk with on Grafton street in Dublin city centre, wrote this song after having a dream about the crucifixion. Although he is not religious the words moved me so much over the years that I always wanted to perform it as the closing of my first album. It's direct and simple in its message but beautful in this purity.
